U18 girls head to Sunny Southeast for blitz

Last Saturday our U18.5 girls made the long road trip to the Sunny Southeast to take part in the second U18 girls development blitz.

The venue on this occasion was @waterpark_rfc and we took part in 3 fantastic games against @fermoyrfc @waterparkrfcgirls and @nenaghormondrfc where we drew 2 and won 1 game. Some wonderful rugby on show.

We joined with girls from @fethardgirlsrugby and it was wonderful to see the friendships being made along the way.

A huge thanks and well done to our fantastic girls who are finally getting to play competitive games and showcase the skills they have acquired over the past 12 months. They thoroughly enjoyed the games.

Thanks also to our coaches Paidi, Liam and Jenna for looking after the girls and Team Manager Anne Gabbett for organising. Finally, thank you to Waterpark for hosting and the wonderful hospitality after the game.
