Some wonderful photos from today’s U14 and U16 girls matches at Aghadoe where we welcomed Tralee RFC. Thank you Denis Kelleher for sharing these photos.
A competitive game of 2 touch rugby, with very encouraging play observed from both sides. Killarney started strong from previous in house blitz working and supporting each other. Tralee relied on their experienced players but found their rhythm quickly going in for 2 swift trys. All in all a wonderful morning of rugby to sign off our season.
Well done to all our girls, coaches, team managers and parents! Thank you to all at Tralee RFC for the matches.
Last night, at Aghadoe, our U18’s took on Killorglin RFC in the West Munster Tag Competition – semi final. Killarney won and progress to final next weekend. Well done to all the players and coaches.
This weekend is another Busy one for our Youths as we enter the semi final stages of the West Munster Tag Competitions.
First up our U18’s host Killorglin Rugby Club on Friday evening at 7pm.
On Saturday morning our U14’s host their #TraleeRFC counterparts, while our U16’s are away to Tralee Saturday morning.

What an absolute privilege it was to witness the return to competitive rugby for Killarney U16 boys at home in Aghadoe on a sunny Saturday morning.
Watching the outstanding young men of Abbyfeale and Killarney take to the field so proudly in their clubs jerseys really put a smile on my face & lifted my heart.
The future of this great country is in very safe hands with these remarkable young men ready as always to do what is needed of them.
Great credit must go to all Players, Coaches, Ref, Parents, & Supporters
