Strike a hole-in-one for amazing prize:

Following the success of this novel prize, Killarney Rugby Club has yet again something to focus the minds of those playing golf in this yearโ€™s Killarney Rugby Club Golf Classic at Mahonyโ€™s Point course. A novel Hole-in-One competition on the iconic, picturesque 18th hole is back and will certainly challenge even the best. Open to both ladies and gents as part of the Classic, the first player who strikes a hole-in-one will win a top of the range bicycle and gear from Oโ€™Sullivanโ€™s Cycle worth up to โ‚ฌ5,000! What a way to finish a wonderful day of good fun and friendly rivalry. You could be cycling the Ring on state of the art bike! The Rugby Club has had a fantastic response from the business community once again and with over 40 teams of four taking part it promises to be a great day out. Great sponsors have supported the event from the off and with a mighty BBQ lunch midway through the golf, and so the back nine will be a formidable test!

The club wishes to thank the many sponsors and supporters in establishing this event. It is an annual event on the local calendar and the club has great support from all sporting codes in the locality again and this just shows you how stone mad for sport and โ€˜craicโ€™ we are in Killarney and Kerry.

The Hole-in-One will cap a series of great prizes including โ€˜Nearest the Pinโ€™; โ€˜Longest Driveโ€™ and a monster Raffle throughout the day for a bundle of great surprises. The club also thanks Killarney Golf & Fishing Club for their generous accommodation in โ€˜Heavenโ€™s Reflexโ€™ and to Paul Cotter and his catering team at โ€œThe Chapelโ€.
So fun for all those involved and who knows we may have a brand new cyclist in this yearโ€™s Ring of Kerry!

Get your teams in now. We are also asking local business for sponsorshp and can sponsor a tee box for only โ‚ฌ100! Contact Paul Murphy on 087-3745351 or any committee member for details.
